PROJECT: CD TITLE: "Home-Made Remedies" - The BluePoetSouls. Artist/Producer: Grant Collinsworth
EXPECTED RELEASE: The project completion and CD release is expected to happen during the mid to latter part of year: 2012.
DESCRIPTION: The goal of this project is to record and produce a CD of well structured songs, which resonate with listeners. The cause is strictly artistic. All efforts are voluntary, and there is no monetary compensation. Likewise, there is no requirement or expectation of financial contribution from the selected musicians for this project.
MUSICIANS: The project calls on experienced, creative minded musicians, who can collaborate on a pre-existing playlist, articulate and properly represent each song, using their specified skills & talents. Such members need not be cover artists per se, but do need to have a good command of their primary instrument(s). They must also be able to sing and/or provide backing vocals where needed.
REVIEW The audition is a two-way process: Interested musicians will review a prescribed song (provided in this site). The musician will decide if the song suits his/her tastes, style, etc. and elect to decline participation or proceed with an audition/demo.
AUDITION /DEMONSTRATION The musician will be asked to submit/demonstrate a specified track for the song.
NOTIFICATION The submission will reviewed and the musician will be notified accordingly.
